As you already know, we have had to move learning at Our Lady of Hope School to your home. Our Lady of Hope, as well as the rest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia school community, are using digital tools to continue to educate your child. While each teacher may have different preferences in how to carry this out, lesson plans and assignments will be sent to each student, and teachers may utilize resources such as Flipgrid, Google Classroom and Zoom to create a more communal feel while we are separated at home.
Please check here for more resources regarding digital distance learning.
It is important to help your child stay on top of their schoolwork, their learning in the classroom and outside of the classroom, and encourage them to continue reading and finding other activities to help them through this difficult time.
Stay safe, stay well and stay informed!
Parents of Our Lady of Hope School students, we know it has been a learning curve being at home, likely working from home and making sure your children are continuing their education from a distance. We want to see how you bring the classroom home! Send us pictures of your at home learning set up, and let us know how you are succeeding with this endeavor.
